The Detroit Pistons, coming off back to back losses, go on the road tonight to take on the Boston Celtics who are on a three game winning streak as they seem to have bounced back well from their three consecutive losses.
The Pistons have been a tough team to figure out this season and at 21-26 are just on the outside of the playoffs looking in. Detroit is only 5-5 over their last ten games and in a worrying trend continue to post a negative scoring differential due to their offense being well below the leagues average production. The Pistons really do not have a star on their roster and it is becoming abundantly clear that Andre Drummond is not going to be improving too much from the point he has already reached.
The Boston Celtics are currently in second place in the Eastern Conference and have been finding ways to win games despite the prolonged absence of Avery Bradley. Isaiah Thomas is averaging a stunning 29.1 points per game and should be getting some outside consideration for MVP of the league.
Take the Celtics to get the win and cover at home in this one as I really do not see them having anyone that can stop Thomas and with the Pistons only averaging 100.6 points per game it is very east to see them winning this game by double digits.
