The Orlando Magic, coming off a shocking win over the Toronto Raptors, go on the road to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves who have been playing some very solid ball winning four of their last five overall.
The Orlando Magic are sitting at 19-30 on the season and while they could end up getting Evan Fournier back in the lineup tonight I do not see it really helping them turn things around. Orlando has struggled so mightily this season because of their lack of offensive production as well as their pedestrian rebounding numbers and neither of those categories are likely to improve in a significant way this season.
The Minnesota Timberwolves have been having an extremely tough time this season but with things starting to turn around there is reason to have hope, especially with this talent loaded young roster. The Timberwolves are still not playing much defense but their offense continues to improve and as things continue to trend upwards for them it is becoming obvious that the playoffs are not completely out of reach.
Take the Timberwolves to get the win and cover at home in this one as they are the better team by a significant margin right now and have been playing very well on their home floor.
