TCU has gotten off to a great start this year living up to their elevated expectations and then some standing 13-2 overall and 1-2 in the Big 12. TCU has gone against a challenging conference slate thus far, but that’s pretty much the case for every team in the Big 12. The Horned Frogs have been consistently competitive getting past Baylor on the road and coming up just short against Oklahoma and Kansas. Texas was hoping this could be the year the finally break through under head coach Smart, and although things are heading in a respectable direction, it’ll be tough for the Horns to truly breakthrough in the stacked Big 12 this year. In their last outing Texas had a tough time putting the ball in the basket as the Horns fell to Baylor on the road by a final of 60-69. This has competitive matchup written all over it, but with their clear edge on the offensive end we like TCU to come through as they go on to cover the spread.
